Miss Me?

Life has been crazy- no AC, packing, sick kids, up all night, blah, blah, blah…

We’re taking a 3 week trip to MN early next week. And we’re driving. 20 hours. Say a little prayer.

When we went to Kansas earlier this summer I thought I had packed with organization in mind, but things quickly got chaotic and our stuff was everywhere. I’m trying to avoid that this time around, and taking my time packing. Plus, I have to pack for all seasons for Harrison because he is staying an extra 2 weeks with my parents.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know our meals have been nothing but boring lately- I’m hoping to get back into the swing of things- blog style, when we return from our trip. Thanks for being so understanding {because I know you are.} =)

Who Watched Oprah Today?

{all about healthy eating} Ok, I know it was a rerun, and I’ve actually watched it before {probably was one more bump into the direction of this blog} but it meant even more to me this time around. I am watching it over again, so I can share some of the best points with you, my faithful readers. =)

My motivation is my children.

I Want My Baby Back, Baby Back, Baby Back…

I’ve been a little MIA due to Harold coming back, and he had off yesterday. I just love family time. =)

Today the boys and I enjoyed a day at home, plus a few errands. I went and signed Ruben up for the same “preschool” Harrison is going to at First Baptist. It’s a tough decision as a SAHM to send your kids somewhere, especially for 2 mornings a week, but it will really help me get things done {like blogging, lol. Here and at The Bragging Mommy.} and help me to be a better mom while they are home. We also made a Walgreens stop- it wasn’t one of my best, but we got a few needed items for cheap.

{Eating} Bananas in Pajamas

Today has been a pajama day for the 3 Prices who did not escape the heat to Colorado. {Boo. Daddy is at a wedding.} It’s been a good day, though! I “made” Ruben some banana using my fantastic new tool- Annabel Karmel Food Masher and Bowl. This banana was probably a little too over-ripe, but it has to be mushable.

10- 8.8 059 Yuck, I hate mushy bananas.

Blog Random

My mom always says random is my favorite word. It seems to be the way I blog, too. Still trying to find my blogger balance and the best way to work it into my crazy life.

Organically Raised

Happy Wednesday everyone! I had a pretty good day, but I’m glad it’s almost over. {I’m SO ready for bedtime!}

I {FINALLY!!!!!!} went to the grocery store last evening- it was exhausting. BUT, I got most of the non-perishable items we will need for the month of August, so hopefully I’ll only have to go back for produce and such. My poor husband- He only asked for one specific thing and I didn’t deliver. But don’t feel too bad for him, it was lemon juice for his wheat beer. =)

Here’s Rue helping us put groceries away…

He really thinks he’s something else for pulling up on stuff… =)
